Check-In & Arrival: For all bookings, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. This gives enough time for the safety briefing and paperwork so you can get moving on time.

Don't Be Late for Group Excursions (The Boat Won't Wait!): Group tours operate on a strict, shared schedule. If you are late for a non-private excursion, the boat cannot wait and will leave without you to respect the other guests' time. No refunds are given for missed departures, so please arrive early!

Private Rentals & Skippered Trips: If you booked a private boat or a private skippered tour and you are late, the boat will wait, but your rental time starts ticking at the scheduled time. Being late means less time on the sea for you!

Licenses & Skippers: If you are renting a bareboat (without our skipper), you must present a valid nautical license at check-in. If you do not have one, you must book one of our professional skipper

In some private rentals fuel is not included: The boat is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. You can pay for the fuel using a credit card at the marine gas station.

Remaining Balance: Cash paid directly to the operator is highly preferred.

Location & Contact: You will receive the exact GPS location, meeting point, and contact details immediately after your booking is confirmed.

Parking: We will send you the best nearby parking locations and options along with your booking confirmation details.
